BUFFALO EXTREME ADDS 3 KEY PLAYERS FOR 2025 SEASON
Last Year’s Final Four Team Adding Important Pieces
The Buffalo Extreme of the American Basketball Association (ABA) is excited to announce the signing of three new players to its 2025-26 roster. After making the Final Four last season in only its second year, the Extreme has added players with specific skillsets in its quest to win the national championship this season.
The Extreme’s first signing is Johnny Dombrowski. Nicknamed “The Sniper”, Dombrowski is a 3 point specialist, having scored 75 points on 25 three pointers in the 2025 ABA All Star game. Johnny moves to Buffalo after having played several years with the New Hampshire Kingz. His story is an inspirational one, having faced his struggles with autism head-on and becoming a role model for kids everywhere.
The Extreme’s second signing is David Blanks. An ABA vet, after several seasons with the Binghamton Bulldogs and Akron Aviators, David brings not only a significant 3 point acumen, but also relentless defensive pressure. He has a 40% 3 point FG percentage, bringing an average of 20 points per game to the team.
The Extreme’s third signing is Jay Scarbrough. While having no experience in the ABA, Jay is a well-known elite player out of Niagara Falls, NY. He is a slash-like player with a relentless defensive prowess.
“We are thrilled to bring these 3 gentlemen to the organization,” said Head Coach Ryan Gallo, “after analyzing a couple weak points on the team from last season, we had a goal of targeting specific individuals to improve not only our performance on the court, but also our cohesiveness, and I couldn’t be more excited to see the impact they make.”
The Buffalo eXtreme kicks off its 2025 season on October 18th against the Rochester Royal Ballers at the XGen Elite Sports Complex in West Seneca, NY. For tickets and more information, visit our website BUFFALOEXTREME.COM.
